Tonight's the Night

You may remember me saying earlier in the semester that I'm in a Tap 1 class...while tonight and tomorrow night is the annual Spring Dance Concert! So for the next two nights we get to showcase what we learned this semester for our families and friends. The concert will be about an hour to an hour and a half of different classes and ensembles doing everything from jazz to a seven step (I think that's what it's called) and tap to modern. We got to watch the other acts last night at dress rehearsal and my two favorites are three girls tapping The Devil Went Down to Georgia (it was ReaLLY cool) and Song for a Dancer which is being performed by one of the dance girl's and her fiance', it's so sweet and I will admit that I teared up a little during it. I'm really excited to perform and I can't wait for tonight!
